Kelly Simants, SHRM-SCP
Managing Director
Kelly Simants brings over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Her clients consistently praise her unique ability to drive business growth while prioritizing employee well-being. Kelly's expertise encompasses Executive Recruiting, Training and Development, Talent Management, and Organizational Development. She is known for her positive attitude, results-oriented approach, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Previously, Kelly served as Vice President of Human Resources for the National Breast Cancer Foundation and held significant HR leadership roles at Starbucks, Accenture, WatchGuard Technologies, and HomeStreet Bank. She earned her B.A. in Business Administration with concentrations in HR and Marketing from the University of Washington.
Kelly is also available for public speaking engagements, where she passionately educates organizations and HR professionals on topics such as “Creating & Deploying Flexible Work Options” and “Keeping the Heart in HR: Dealing with Loss & Grief in the Workplace.”
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, traveling, and playing tennis.

Erin Kaiser, SPHR
Senior HR Consultant
Erin Kaiser is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience driving people operations, creating policies and procedures, navigating complex employee relations challenges, designing benefit plans, and mentoring managers on all HR matters. One of her standout strengths is HR Systems Optimization, where she excels in guiding companies through the assessment, planning, and implementation of HRIS, payroll, and applicant tracking systems. Erin has a remarkable talent for quickly building trust and rapport with clients, vendors, and colleagues and is passionate about helping individuals and companies achieve their full potential.
Erin is known for swiftly understanding a business or industry, conducting thorough HR audits, and developing strategic plans to help clients prioritize and implement top-tier HR programs. Her previous roles included director of HR for Scout & Cellar, international human resources manager for FXCM Global Services, and various HR generalist and benefits manager positions at major companies.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband, three kids, and two dogs.

Justin Dorsey, SPHR
Senior HR Consultant
Justin brings extensive experience across industries including retail, healthcare, distribution, oil & gas, and engineering, making him a highly versatile and well-rounded HR professional. He specializes in employee relations, talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement—all with the goal of helping businesses and employees thrive. Justin holds both a Senior Professional and Global Professional certification in Human Resources, showcasing his commitment to excellence in the field.
In addition, Justin has served as President of Fort Worth HR (SHRM chapter). He was also recognized in the Fort Worth Business Press "Top 40 Under 40" for his leadership and impact. You will likely catch him speaking at various HR events around the DFW metroplex, as public speaking is a passion of his as well.
Beyond his professional achievements, Justin is an active volunteer in his church and community. His educational background is in Sociology from Texas Tech University with graduate studies in Counseling.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. His hobbies include running, gardening, and raising chickens.
